Protestant theology is faced with the task of not losing touch with Christian piety as it is lived. In order to keep the connection, it has to be able to answer unequivocally the seemingly simple sounding religious questions stemming from everyday consciousness which are suffused with presuppositions and implications. Dietrich Korsch wishes to strengthen the competence of those challenged with answering such queries.
