Kay Windthorst's goal is to eliminate this lack of control with a concept for judicial decision-making based on the potential of legal dogmatics for this process and its control. In this way, he is able to determine the influence of judicial guidelines and other legal and actual factors on the judicial decision-making procedure and its result. In doing so, he is also able to find a solution for points of contention pertaining to expedited provisional legal protection and to establish a consistent homogenous decision-making concept. As a result of this, the outcome of these provisional legal protection proceedings will be more predictable and the law will become more stable.
