This collection of writings from 1982 to 2012 tells the story of an argumentative dispute in which people develop a relationship to each other. The author begins by devising a philosophy of dialogue in accordance with Martin Buber. Based on positive law, he then develops a dogmatic theory substantiated by legal relationships and concludes with a dialogic methodology of jurisprudence which shows a decidedly old European understanding of philosophical phronesis and juridical prudentia in a Socratic tradition.
