In this volume, Herbert Wiedemann presents a systematic breakdown of all the non-discrimination clauses in labor law. He begins by examining the scope of the non-discrimination clauses in individual and collective labor law, and deals with the legal basis for these. Following this is a central chapter on the content of the institution of law. In this, he deals with the factors which sustain discrimination and the amount of control exercised by judicial decisions. The author concludes with a section on the legal consequences of a violation of equality.
