Die Organisationsverfassung der Verteidigung

In light of the current geopolitical upheavals, questions of defence have once again become highly relevant in Germany. The issues raised are diverse and wide-ranging: they include structural questions of administrative organisation and procurement; challenges relating to the institutional arrangements of the Federal Republic, both at the federal level and within the federal system, as well as within the European Union; conscription; drone defence; hybrid warfare, including in cyberspace; and practical questions concerning the interaction of security authorities, military alliances, and civil protection.
The contributions in this volume originated from the fifth interdisciplinary workshop of the Research Network on Organizational Constitutional Law. Bringing together scholars and practitioners, they explore these topics at the intersection of administrative organisation, constitutional law, European law, and public international law.
