Summary
This volume contains the contributions to the International Research Symposium held in October 2000 at the Institute for Hermeneutics and Philosophy of Religion in Zurich in cooperation with the Søren Kierkegaard Research Center in Copenhagen and the German Society for the Philosophy of Religion. In view of the forthcoming new critical Danish edition of Works of Love, leading experts provide clear-cut positions from recent discussions. The book contains interpretations of Kierkegaard's Works of Love from Denmark as well as from Anglo-Saxon and German-speaking countries, all of which engage in a critical dialogue with each other.
