Summary
On September 11, 1998, Rolf Keller, department head at the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Justice and honorary professor of criminal law at the Faculty of Law in Tübingen, died after a long illness. His friends and colleagues honor his memory in this work. The subjects range from the history and philosophy of law, biomedicine, the theory of criminal law, the general and particular theories of criminal law, criminal proceedings and the law of criminal procedure to forensic practice and legal policy. They reflect the varied activities of the deceased in practice and research.
