Summary
International criminal law is primarily enforced by the state parties to the ICC themselves. The economies of these states are logistically intertwined with the states and organizations that are directly responsible for core international crimes. In this study, the author analyzes the problem of corporate complicity with a focus on the criminal liability of the management of German companies.
