Grenzen der Instrumentalisierung von Stiftungen

The articles in this volume document the results of a conference of experts on the law pertaining to foundations on issues regarding the limits of permissible forms and purposes of foundations and the reform of the private law pertaining to foundations. The previously expressed criticism of the organization of foundations by the state and private persons, which only dealt with certain points, is repeated here in a concentrated form. The authors of the articles study basic questions surrounding the discussion on foundation policies and law in Germany.
