Fabian Wittreck demonstrates the striking similarities between the cornerstones of the National Socialist legal doctrine (pertaining to issues of race and blood and soil) and classic theories of natural law. In spite of all its verbal castigation of natural law teachers, Nazi jurisprudence has to be classified as analogous to natural law in its structure and its function.
