Wandel der Rechtsordnung

This work contains the papers given by professors of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tübingen during a series of lectures entitled »The Changing Legal System - From the Vocation of our Time to Lawmaking«. The lecturers deal with current developments in their own field of research, in particular with changes in the law made during the 14th legislative period. They focus especially on the connection between the German and the European legal systems, which is becoming stronger all the time. The articles are concerned with the entire spectrum of jurisprudence: European constitutional law, civil service law, labor law, cooperation among the European judiciaries, reforms in application of sanctions in the penal systems, antitrust law, modernization of the law of obligations, a new law of damages and the reform of the Code of Civil Procedure.
