The 2020-founded series Future Concepts of Law (FCL) documents the work of leading academics and practitioners that maps out the legal issues tomorrow's society will face. By following lines of development already recognisable today, the authors roll their theses into the near future and offer them up for discussion. On the one hand, new social and technological dynamics of change will be considered, while on the other, proposals about which direction further development of legal categories should take in order to provide the political community with fitting solutions to problems will also be made.
