Kurt Lipstein (1909–2006) war ein aus Deutschland stammender Rechtswissenschaftler und Professor für Vergleichendes Recht an der Universtität Cambridge.

Peter Feuerstein (†2013) war International Legal Consultant (USA), Rechtsanwalt (Deutschland) und Schüler von Kurt Lipstein.

Heinz-Peter Mansel ist Direktor des Instituts für internationales und ausländisches Privatrecht der Universität zu Köln.
