Stein (1859–1923).

Christoph Althammer ist Professor für Bürgerliches Recht, Deutsches, Europäisches und Internationales Verfahrensrecht, Internationales Privatrecht sowie außergerichtliche Streitbeilegung an der Universität Regensburg.

Reinhard Bork war von 1990 bis 2022 Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Zivilprozess- und Allgemeines Prozessrecht der Universität Hamburg.

Florian Jacoby ist Professor für Bürgerliches Recht, Zivilverfahrens-, Insolvenz- und Gesellschaftsrecht an der Universität Bielefeld.

Herbert Roth lehrte von 1987 bis 2016 Zivilprozessrecht und Bürgerliches Recht an den Universitäten Heidelberg, Münster und Regensburg.
