Wilfried Schlüter (1935–2025)

Matthias Casper holds the Chair of Civil Law, Corporate Law, Banking Law and Capital Markets Law at the University of Münster, and is Director of the Institute for Corporate and Capital Markets Law as well as Head of the Research Centre for Banking Law.
