This Festschrift marks the fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the Augsburg Law Faculty, which commenced its study programme in October 1971. In a series of 25 essays, Augsburg legal scholars pick up on recent developments and fundamental legal issues as well as aspects of the faculty's history to reflect both the focus of its research and academic diversity.
