For a long time, the Weimar Constitution was regarded as unsuccessful, and the failure of the Weimar Republic was blamed mainly on the basic provisions of the constitution. In this collection of articles, which is based on a series of lectures, the individual contributors pay tribute to the historical importance of the Weimar Constitution.
