Summary
Legal dogmatics aim at providing knowledge of the existence as well as the application of law. Constitutional legal dogmatics in particular are challenged by the vastness and indetermination of constitutional provisions. The articles in this volume deal with general matters concerning constitutional legal dogmatics, i.e. constitutional consequences of linguistic theory and the importance of general non-legal concepts guiding constitutional interpretation. In addition, state-church relations and the increasing importance of informal constitutional proceedings are discussed.
