Bitburger Gespräche in München

International megatrends such as globalization and digitalization have resulted in companies coming more and more regularly into contact with foreign legal systems, law enforcement mechanisms and judicial processes. This was the subject of the Sixth Bitburger Discussions held in Munich last December. The conference's main focus was a comparison of German, continental European and American laws with special emphasis on private law enforcement.
