Das Dogma der Unantastbarkeit

This volume documents the talks given at a conference in Jena on the »dogma of inviolability«. In their introductory essay, the two editors reflect and give a critical commentary on the claim to a dignitas absoluta, a subject which pervades the entire volume. Among the authors are the rapporteur in the constitutional complaints procedure against the Aviation Security Act, a former presiding judge of the Federal Administrative Court and four authors well-known for their commentaries on the German Basic Law.
