Summary
In legal relations, incorporated companies are independent of their members and are treated as the equivalent of natural persons. On the other hand they are legal forms which are either completely or partially dependent on the individuals behind them as far as development of their opinions, their behavior and their assets is concerned. Peter Jung develops a model solution which encompasses all legal forms of a company and which differentiates between the purpose and the context of the legal rule being applied.
