Die Amtshilfe im Europäischen Verwaltungsrecht

Cross-border mutual assistance between national and European authorities is an important form of cooperation for the enforcement of EC law in the member states. On the basis of a description of norms of mutual assistance in selected fields of European administration, the author develops standard rules for mutual assistance which can be applied in general to European administrative law. He shows the general structure of mutual assistance and the basic principles pertaining to the relationship between various authorities and between these authorities and the private parties concerned.
