Die Grundlage der Zwangsvollstreckung im polnischen Recht

In this work, the author highlights a central legal institution in the Polish law on compulsory execution and analyzes the provisions which were added or amended in the course of the latest amendment to the relevant legal provisions at the beginning of 2005. He shows that, although the amendment has solved many problems, there are several important points in which it remains unclear. The volume offers the reader an up-to-date and detailed introduction to a central area of Polish civil procedural law.
