This volume presents the proceedings of a conference held in 2015 at Humboldt University Berlin to celebrate the seventieth anniversary of the discovery of the Nag Hammadi Codices. The idea of the volume is to interpret the Nag Hammadi writings as part of the history of literature and theology of ancient Christianity.
