There have already been several calls to standardise procedurally and institutionally differentiated administrative jurisdictions. This would lead to a more rational state of organisation and improve the system of legal protection. Yet so far debates have only focused on questions of how to achieve standardisation. Although standardisation would be constitutionally possible, organisational theory considerations speak against it.
