Legislation in the field of bio-politics is controlled by fundamental rights. Interpreting fundamental rights is, however, inevitably ambiguous. Driven by constitutional law adaptations of democracy theories, the legislator's prerogative of interpretation might well be a viable way to reduce the vagueness of fundamental rights.
