Collective agreements are directly binding for trade union members. Nevertheless, their terms are usually extended to nonunion workers by individual contract, a fact which leads to problems. Sudabeh Kamanabrou suggests a revision of the Collective Agreement Act, which makes collective agreements directly binding for all employees of an employer who is bound by a collective agreement.
