Festschrift für Rolf Stürner zum 70. Geburtstag

Rolf Stürner turned seventy in April 2013. On this occasion his disciples, colleagues, companions and friends from Germany, Europe, Asia and America have dedicated this Festschrift to him. Rolf Stürner is one of the most prominent legal scholars of our time, whose works and impact have been given widespread recognition not only in Germany and Europe but throughout the world. His wide range of scholarly activities covers the entire spectrum of national and comparative, European and international procedural and civil law. His research focuses on the German law of civil procedure, the law of enforcement procedure and insolvency law, and additionally in particular on the European and American laws of civil proceedings. He also deals with the law of obligations in Germany and other countries, property law, inheritance law, medical malpractice law, medical law, media law as well as financial products law.
