Finanzmarktregulierung zwischen Innovation und Kontinuität in Deutschland, Europa und Russland

This volume documents the articles from a German-Russian conference on the subject of »Financial Market Regulation between Innovation and Continuity in Germany, Europe and Russia« held in April 2012 at the Freie Universität Berlin. German and Russian articles written by scholars and legal practitioners deal with current subjects pertaining to bank and financial market regulation as well as to the reorganization of credit institutions, the structuring of the ban on insider trading and market manipulation, and those aspects of international law which deal with the regulation of banks and financial services as well as criminal tax law. One large individual article addresses the issue of third countries in the European law of banking and financial services.
