Generierung und Transfer staatlichen Wissens im System des Verwaltungsrechts

The authors of the articles in this volume focus on the legal regulation of the generation and the transfer of information in the various branches of administrative law. In doing so, they explain the compatibility of the existing regulations on the right to obtain information with traditional approaches in legal dogmatics as well as the need to develop new legal concepts and systematizations. This can be done in a dialog with other disciplines, in particular economics, sociology and psychology.
