This volume is the first in the German edition of Friedrich A. von Hayek's Collected Works. Each volume contains a publication history of the contributions included, listing the version on which the present text is based, its first publication, later editions and translations. Each volume also contains an index of names and a subject index. The articles in this volume deal with issues of economic policy and were published originally between 1928 and 1984. They are divided into three subject groups and arranged according to the publication date within each category.
