The author gives a comprehensive description of the European, constitutional and legal framework for profit-making. In doing so, he attempts to distinguish between the cases of inadmissible profit-making and the threshold between admissible and inadmissible profit-making in justiciable clarity. At the same time he also deals with the forms of disclosed profit-making as well as the various forms of undisclosed profit-making.
