This volume is a collection of speeches and lectures commemorating the work of the Tübingen criminal law professor Ulrich Weber who died in December 2013. After delivering their personal recollections, four of Weber's academic followers, who all went on to become professors in various branches of criminal law, outline his work in the areas of civil, copyright infringement and commercial criminal law as well as criminal law doctrine.
