Innovation und Recht - Recht und Innovation

Continuous change in society and technology, and particularly in globalisation, creates challenges for the young discipline of research on the relation of law and innovation. How does law influence the origin and implementation of social and technological innovations? And what place does innovation have in law itself? This interdisciplinary study addresses basic questions regarding the application of law as well as how it relates to further social and technological advances. Examined are fields such as gene technology, nanotechnology, labour and health systems, plus digitalised communication and constitutional law.
