Summary
The latest volume of the Yearbook examines heads of state in the theory of the state, in constitutional and international law, as well as their special protection from the perspectives of criminal and international law. This is followed by reports on heads of state and their positions and functions in various countries. Additionally, the question of whether borders are experiencing a renaissance is raised, not only because of the Corona pandemic, which temporarily led to unexpected border closures and partitioning in Europe, or the reactivation of borders following Brexit, but also to reassess the phenomenon of borders between states in, for example, customs and taxs law and political science.
