This volume contains 15 lectures given at the conference on »Wise Decision-Making«, which was held at the University of Erfurt and which brought together scholars from the fields of institutional economics, microeconomics, organizational sciences, political science, psychology, law and sociology. The researchers deal with the significance of intelligence for legal and economic decision-making and the influence of emotions on individual decision-making behavior.
