The new edition of Volume 8 comments on significant developments in legal fields that are also of major importance to legal professionals. Markus Würdinger deals with compulsory execution in monetary claims for moveable goods, other claims, and miscellaneous rights. Klaus Bartels offers a revision of the schedule of debtors as well as the issuance and enforcement of claims.
