Who has the last word on European integration? The PSPP ruling has recently brought the ongoing conflict between the German Constitutional Court and the ECJ to a new climax. Martin Schwamborn takes the recent development as an opportunity to develop a pluralistic approach to the cooperative relationship of the courts based on judicial standards.
