Max Weber-Gesamtausgabe

This two-part volume rounds off the second division of the Max Weber-Gesamtausgabe with almost seventy new letters and an index covering the entire body of correspondence featured in the collected works. The letters date from the years 1896 to 1918 and were only discovered after the various volumes they would have appeared in had already been published. The new index allows systematic analysis of all the MWG's letters and includes their recipients, an index of names that has been expanded to include works cited, one of places, and, for the first time, an index listing topics, institutions and the different stages that marked Weber's biography.
