Methoden der neutestamentlichen Exegese

The methods of New Testament biblical interpretation have changed in recent decades. Alongside the traditional steps of the historical-critical method, newer approaches from linguistics, literary studies, archaeology, or psychology have emerged. In the present volume, the manifold practice of biblical exegesis is taken up methodically and transferred into an integrative overall model of textual interpretation. Students receive the fundamental “tools” for a scholarly, reflective treatment of New Testament texts and their receptions. A book for learning, teaching, and working—didactically prepared, important for the whole of one’s studies, but also for the time thereafter.
