The function of Intelligence Law is to combine the protection fundamental rights anchored in the Basic Law and to ensure the effective fulfillment of responsibility for national security. This volume documents the outcome of the Third Symposium on Intelligence Law, which was hosted by the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the Federal Chancellery in Berlin from November 7th to November 8th 2019.
