Naturrecht und Rechtsphilosophie im 19. Jahrhundert

This bibliography, based on the documentary autopsy principle, contains a complete list of the approximately 3,600 publications published in Germany and in German language respectively between 1780 and 1850 dealing with natural law and the philosophy of law. Diethelm Klippel has thus made it possible for researchers in the humanities (in particular legal and constitutional history, the history of philosophy and the history of political theories) to determine the contribution made by natural law and legal philosophy to the definitive discussions of the time.
