This collection contains the results of the fifth Bayreuth Energy Law Conference. The contributions by both academic and practitioner-speakers provide an interim assessment of 2011´s energy turnaround. The current situation regarding the reorientation of German energy supply is thereby illuminated from the perspective of the various participants.
