Summary
In Rom 14-15 Paul promotes an inclusive ethic for Christians that advises the strong (mainly Gentiles) to accomodate certain Jewish practices of the weak (mainly Jews) in order to unite Christians and to encourage outward mission. This ethic is rooted in Rom 11 and adapted from 1 Cor 8-10.
