Summary
In real life, bodies of persons are qualitatively heterogeneous and present in large numbers. The frequently assumed individual legal character of the legal system and the state-citizen relationship seems to contradict this actual finding. Daniel Dürrschmidt shows that, despite this, the state-citizen relationship is open to supra-individual extensions.
