Reproduktive Freiheiten

The broad sphere of reproducing life - from procreation to pregnancy and birth - has so far not been systematically presented in the German constitutional law discourse. Laura Anna Klein argues that it is therefore time for a new conception of fundamental rights that takes interdisciplinary findings into consideration and incorporates human rights guarantees.
