Summary
The concept of resilience has received increasing attention in recent years as a category of interpretation of biblical tradition. The articles collected in this volume take this question further with different methodological approaches - narratological, literary-historical, cultural-anthropological as well as reception-historical - and establish a fruitful dialogue about the potential of resilience for a closer understanding of Old Testament traditions.
