Anja Meier-Hoffmann's work investigates the disclosure requirements in subsections 33g and 89b f. of the German Act against Restraints of Competition, which was created based on the European Directive on Antitrust Damages Actions, in regard to the coherence of their content and their legal dogmatics as well as their compatibility with German and European law.
