It deals with the relevant legal literature and provides, in a critical acknowledgement, a detailed survey of the decisions by the supreme court and of the partially differing decisions handed down by the lower courts. By putting the individual problems into a systematic and dogmatic context, the authors show that they are particularly interested in counteracting a deterioration of the law of damages.
