Summary
This publication presents the findings of a conference being held in autumn 2015, where after laying the psycho-medical fundaments and analyzing the European and international law exigencies the most relevant issues in the field of constitutional, civil, criminal and administrative law were treated from both the Polish and the German perspective in order to answer essential questions such as: What is the current standard of law? Where is reform needed? Where has consensus been reached and what remains controversial? And last but not least: Can Germany and Poland learn from each other?
